No regularly scheduled lessons between November 24th-28th
Winter-Spring Lessons Begin: January 5th, 2026
$100/month
In addition to tuition, there is $30 book fee deposit per student, due at the first lesson. I will
subtract any new books or supplies from your Book Account throughout the semester and credit
to the next semester any amount remaining at the end of December. You will be notified in December
if you owe additional money for books.
Tuition may be paid:
1. In full, due at the first lesson, or
2. In monthly payments due the first lesson of
each month (or no later than the 10th of the
month). There is a $5 late fee for late payments.
Please note that lessons are not paid on a per-service basis. Tuition is paid to reserve a weekly time slot for an entire session, and pays not only for the training to be given but for holding the time slot each week. There will be no refunds for missed lessons. In order to receive a make-up lesson, 24 hours of notice must be given, except in instances of sudden illness. I can guarantee only one make-up lesson per student for the semester. All lessons that I cancel will be made up or refunded.
Please be sure that your child is all the way in the house before you drive away. An unexpected emergency could require me to be absent from our home and in this type of situation it may not be possible to notify you of a cancellation. Also, please pay careful attention to scheduled breaks and vacation dates. You are also welcome to stay during your child’s lessons.
Students should practice a minimum of five days per week with the length of time to be determined by me based on the student’s level. Parents are asked to help schedule times for practice free from distractions. Students should arrive on time with all currently assigned books. Insufficient practice, excessive missed lessons, and not having the correct materials at lessons may lead to a recommendation that lessons be discontinued. Each year is divided into three semesters: Fall, Winter-Spring, and Summer. Students are expected to continue with lessons through each of the sessions.
